Yes! Before you close on the home, you will be allowed to visit the home on average 2 more times. We call this a "buyer walk-through". The first walk-through we usually advise scheduling relatively soon to measure for any furniture that needs to be ordered for your new home and to have a another look around the house. The last walk-through we advise taking within a week before closing. This walk-through will be for confirming all the appliances are in good working order, no damage has occurred to the property since you purchased it, and to make sure all items that need to be removed from the property as stated in the agreement are complied with.
